Ownership of Training Materials: All training materials, techniques, and information provided during the course are the intellectual property of Emily Zerella. The Student may not copy or distribute the material learned in this course to others without written permission from the Trainer. Students must not on sell or give any course material to any other party.

Payment of agreed amount is required to secure training dates.
Non-refundable deposit agreement. By enrolling in this course, you agree to submit a non-refundable deposit as part of the payment for the course. This deposit is required to secure your spot and confirms your commitment to the course. The deposit amount and payment plan options will be clearly outlined during the enrollment process, and the terms and amount have been discussed and agreed upon prior to enrollment.
Deposit and/ or course price is non-refundable.

A minimum of 7 days notice is required to cancel or reschedule the course. Any Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 7 days of the booked date, will result in 100% of the course price forfeited, including all fees paid and any physical products included in the kit (if applicable).
If given more than 7 days notice to reschedule, the full price of the course can be transferred to a later date. Subject to availability.
Cancellation or rescheduling of the second date (if applicable) must be given more than 7 days notice to transfer to a later date.
No refunds can be given if first initial training date has been completed and student cancels or reschedules the second training date.
To reschedule, another non-refundable deposit will be required to be paid to confirm the new training date. (if not already paid in full)
No refunds or transfers will be issued for cancellations, rescheduling or missed training days within 7 Days of training date. Failure to show to training on agreed date will result in all payments being forfeited. Failure to show means all payments and kit supplied (if applicable) will be forfeited and no refund can be made.
The full course price can be transferred to a later training date if more than 8 days notice has been given and agreed to. If training has been rescheduled the date must be booked in and completed within 365 days of the original training date. This is subject to availability and is students responsibility to seek.
If the course has been rescheduled 3 times or more, the full amount of the course will be forfeited.
